important component of your NSR experience.
And that is that is that multiple times/day
you will be reporting data on your progress.

Above you you learned
how to report your progress.
And now it’s time for the curriculum for Step 2.
If you’re here for Step 2
it means you already went through Step 1.
Step 1, The Hidden Problem, showed you
that how you are feeling is not a problem.
How you are feeling is a symptom.
A symptom of neglecting yourself
for a very long time.
Bad new is you’re in
a lot of pain from all this neglect.
But good news is that
you now have a mechanical understanding
of where your anxiety is coming from.
And even better news is
that if you know what’s
mechanically causing your anxiety
then that means you can
mechanically understand how
to heal the pain you’re in.
And that is what you’re
about to learn in Step 2.
What you’re about to learn is not just theory.
It saved my life
and has saved the lives of countless
people who have learned
what I’m about to share with you.
Because I know you’re really struggling right now
and I’ve been where you’ve been
it’s very meaningful for me
to share this with you now.

Seeing your feelings as though
they are the feelings of a child version of you
is a profoundly powerful metaphor.
A metaphor that can hugely accelerate
your ability to take better care of yourself and feel calmer.
Acknowledging and saying sorry to Little You
may be a bit confronting at first.
But with courage you will be able to do it.
And that courage will be rewarded with you feeling better.
With courage and acknowledgement,
NSR brings your
nervous system back to health
by moving from you from
avoiding feelings to connecting to them.
And from neglecting Little You
to caring for Little You.
Which sounds good
but it’s not always easy.
Sometimes our mind
can get in the way of things.
To assist you in absorbing these concepts
deep down in your heart and soul
you will be provided a powerful tool
called Deep Core Work In.
The Deep Core Work In is an
ingeniously designed audio experience
that gives you several benefits.
Deep Core Work In:
a) Helps connect you to yourself and Little You
b) Help you absorb concepts into your unconscious
c) Trains you in the language you’ll be saying to Little You
e) Helps create intention and focus for the upcoming day
f) Helps you before bed for better sleep.

You’ll be listening to this

2 times per day.
So, it’s recommended
at some point you download it.
