Previously, in Step 1, you learned about
the importance honoring your Funky Feelings.
But that is easier said than done.
You’ve spent your whole life judging your feelings.
Honoring them requires some help.
But I’m here to help you.
You’re about to do an exercise
that helps you quickly and easily
see the hidden wisdom of your Funky Feelings.
I spent my whole life judging my feelings.
And now I know the power of honoring them.
And honoring myself really.
And it feels good to show you now
how to honor your feelings.
And your self.
With hidden wisdom,
You already downloaded
List of Neglect in Module 1.
But you can also do it here

You are now done with Step 2 of Module 3.
You now know how to honor and understand
the hidden wisdom of your Funky Feelings.
It can be confronting to see more deeply
where your Funky Feelings come from.
But no need to judge or beat yourself up.
Or feel like you messed up.
That’s not loving and caring to you.
The confrontation is just a beautiful opportunity
to see what you haven’t done so well in the past
and use it as fuel
to treat You/Little You better move forward.
And for you to be confronted
and use it as fuel for your betterment
I definitely honor your for that.
With appreciation and honor,
It’s not easy to have compassion
and understanding for our Funky Feelings.
So, to help you, you’re provided these thorough lists
to provide you with lots of different perspectives and layers
from which to choose.
You do not however
have to understand or relate to every/most options on these lists.
Just grab what is helpful and meaningful.
What is required is you find enough ideas that resonate with you,
so you can naturally get/understand Little You
during the Listen + Honor Practice.
Which you will go over tomorrow.
If it feels right to you
and you want to gain more in depth understanding,
go over these lists and/or do Get Funky as often as you like.
This will give you even more compassion for yourself.
And also create some much needed deeper healing
through understanding yourself better.
To create more healing/compassion
do Get Funky for other Funky Feelings
such as anger, hurt, sadness…etc.
You can do this now or another time.
