yourself to Listen<\/p>\n<p>just use it as an opportunity\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>to be more patience and gentle with yourself.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>This entire curriculum is based in\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>being more caring to yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Including how you use the tools.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>If you push too hard it&#8217;s not caring to You\/Little You<\/p>\n<p>which breaks trust and defeats the purpose.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Also, look at your intention of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>why you may be pushing yourself\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>or feel like you &#8216;have to&#8217; to do it more or better.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Of course you want to feel better\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>and so there may be a tendancy to think\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the more\/better I do this, the faster I will feel better.<\/p>\n<p>And while that&#8217;s understandable\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the intention of care isn&#8217;t there.<\/p>\n<p>And intention matters.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>For Little You to trust you\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>they need to feel you are spending time with them\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>for the right reasons.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>They want to feel you are spending time with them\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>because you care about them.<\/p>\n<p>Also, because it&#8217;s the right thing to do.<\/p>\n<p>Not because you want to feel better.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>So, as best you can try to be gentle to yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Do the exercises not with the intention to get &#8216;more&#8217; Resource Center\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>REMINDER<\/h2>\n<p>You don&#8217;t have to report at the <strong>exact <\/strong>Rep Times.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You can report <strong>1 hr<\/strong> before or after.<\/p>\n<h2>EXPECTATIONS<\/h2>\n<p>You&#8217;ve now practiced Step 1<\/p>\n<p>of the 3 Steps of Care&#8230;.<strong>Listen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>And by the end of Module 4\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>you&#8217;ll be trained in <strong>all 3 Steps.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Being trained in the 3 Steps of Care<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0gives you <strong>two key benefits.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Short term<\/h2>\n<p>Applying the steps consistently\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>will lower your Funky Feelings\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>by the end of Module 4.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<h2>Long term<\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0You can keep applying the Steps\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>after the official program is over.<\/p>\n<p>Which means you can keep lowering\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>your Funkiness to lower and lower levels.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>I am telling you this\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>so you don&#8217;t feel a pressure\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>that all of your improvement\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>has to happen by the end of the program.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Pressure is not helpful to your process.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>It creates added stress to your system.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>But also, Little You doesn&#8217;t like it\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>because they feel &#8216;pressured&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>to feel better and change.<\/p>\n<p>Which is not unconditional love.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Of course, you want to feel completely better\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>by the end of the program.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>But I&#8217;m sure you see it took a long time<\/p>\n<p>for all this neglect to build up.<\/p>\n<p>And it might take more than a few weeks\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>to get things fully healthy again.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>So, try to do your best\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>to be committed to this process.<\/p>\n<p>But also try not to need or force\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>things to go a certain way.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>In this process, but also in life,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>that usually doesn&#8217;t end up working out.<\/p>\n<h2>AT YOUR<br \/>\nOWN PACE<\/h2>\n<p>ust a reminder if you are willing to give up the protection of the &#8216;No Change No Charge&#8217;
