by giving you\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>a structure which will help you be consistent.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>At the same time you may have some doubt.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Maybe a little voice saying<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0&#8216;but what if I&#8217;m not consistent\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>and\/or<\/p>\n<p>&#8216; What if I don&#8217;t stick with it&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>If you thinking that you&#8217;re not alone.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Generally most people aren&#8217;t so good at being consistent.<\/p>\n<p>Especially when it comes to taking care of themselves.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t worry. \u00a0NSR is built for results.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>So, to make sure you are consistent, built<\/p>\n<p>into the NSR system is something crucial to your sucess<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accountability.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>To be consistent it helps to have accountability.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>To help you be accountable with your Reps<\/p>\n<p>several times\/day you will do a Rep Report.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Rep Reports are similar\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>to the online reporting you&#8217;ve already been doing.<\/p>\n<p>Just with more questions.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>These extra questions will help make sure\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>you are doing the exercises properly and thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Right now I will give some instructions\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>on how to start doing your Rep Reports.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>I know filling out these reports isn&#8217;t fun.<\/p>\n<p>But it ensures you do this process the way it was designed.<\/p>\n<p>And if you do your part, the process will do its part.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Which is to help you feel match Daily Caredio.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Also the questions you answer are more detailed.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>You will do Daily Caredio and Rep Reports\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>for the rest of the explained that ideally you don&#8217;t want\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>to let anxious feeling go unchecked<\/p>\n<p>for more than 5-10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>This recording will help you with linear.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Meaning there will be ups and downs.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>You are rebuilding a relationship.<\/p>\n<p>A relationship with yourself and with Little Me.<\/p>\n<p>And when repairing relationships there are usually ups and downs.<\/p>\n<p>Also as you begin to connect with yourself more\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>a lot of old energy that&#8217;s been stuffed down,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>may start to come up.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not fun, and quite uncomfortable.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But that doesn&#8217;t mean the process isn&#8217;t working.<\/p>\n<p>In fact it means it&#8217;s working really well.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>So, be prepared.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Some days you may feel better.<\/p>\n<p>Some days you may feel worse.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>But like a stock market chart\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>you don&#8217;t want to react to the ups and downs\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>but follow the overall trend of improvement over time.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>It took time to neglect your nervous system.<\/p>\n<p>And it will take time to bring it back to health.<\/p>\n<h2>JUST KEEP SHOWING UP<\/h2>\n<p>If you have already began to feel a bit better\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>that is great news.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It means the process is working and\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>you just need to keep showing up<\/p>\n<p>and trusting and following the process.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>If you are not feeling better yet, I know it&#8217;s a bit disappointing<\/p>\n<p>but it&#8217;s totally okay.<\/p>\n<p>This process can take a while to &#8216;kick in&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>It can take a while for Little You to start to trust you.<\/p>\n<p>But keep showing up consistently\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>and eventually Little You will begin to trust you and calm down.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<h2>ACUPUNTURE POINTS<\/h2>\n<p>If you are feeling stuck or have doubt\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>make sure to lean on the Acupuncture Points.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0They are there to support you.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<h2>FAITH<\/h2>\n<p>This process is incredibly effective but it requires faith.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Faith that what you are doing is the right thing to do.<\/p>\n<p>And that it will pay off over time.<\/p>\n<p>Which it will.<\/p>\n<p>But faith takes courage.<\/p>\n<p>So, if things aren&#8217;t going the way you want, I totally get it.<\/p>\n<p>It can be scary and disappointing.<\/p>\n<p>But do your best to keep showing up.<\/p>\n<p>Keep showing up consistently\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>with faith, courage and intention\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>and overtime you will be rewarded.<\/p>\n<h2>IT GETS<br \/>\nSIMPLER<br \/>\n\u200b<\/h2>\n<h2>STEEP LEARNING CURVE<\/h2>\n<p>Module 1 can be intense and overwhelming<\/p>\n<p>because in a short period of time you learned:<\/p>\n<p><strong>a<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong> Your anxiety is a symptom of neglect<\/p>\n<p><strong>b<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong> You can heal your anxiety with care<\/p>\n<p><strong>c<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong> You need to build trust with Little You<\/p>\n<p><strong>d<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong> To build trust you need to first apologize \/ say &#8216;I&#8217;m sorry&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><strong>e) <\/strong>To connect to your feelings instead of avoiding them<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p><strong>But also &#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>you learned a based on the exact same\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>structure, philosophy and layout\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>as Module 1.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>So, moving forward<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0there is way less new things to take in.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Still a lot to learn.<\/p>\n<p>But it will be much simpler for you.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<h2>TAKE IT SLOW<\/h2>\n<p>In the meantime do your best\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>to not get overwhelmed.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>There is no need to get things\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>right away or do things perfectly.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>The process is very thorough and based on repetition.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>So, even if you don&#8217;t get things right away\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>it&#8217;s okay because there is always another Rep to try again.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Try to take it slow and easy.<\/p>\n<p>There is no rush.<\/p>\n<p>Pushing doesn&#8217;t help<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>And as always<\/p>\n<p>Intention&#8230;not perfection<\/p>\n<h2>IT GETS<br \/>\nEASIER<br \/>\n\u200b<\/h2>\n<p>As you have seen Module 1\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>can be quite confronting.<\/p>\n<p>Seeing that you have neglected yourself\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>and Little You for so long is a lot to take in.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>And then having to connect to the pain\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>you&#8217;ve participated in and saying sorry for it<\/p>\n<p>packs a real wallop to say the least.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Also let&#8217;s be honest\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>having to connect to your own pain\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>and saying sorry multiple times per day\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>is kind of a downer.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>It was necessary&#8230;but in Module 2<\/p>\n<p>we are going to shift the tone.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Module 1 is about apologizing\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>for not taking care of yourself in the past.<\/p>\n<p>And Module 2 is about learning how<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0to take care of yourself moving forward.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>In Module 2 you&#8217;ll begin learning\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>a beautiful set of simple tools\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>that will allow you to take<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0good care of yourself every day.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Which let&#8217;s be honest sounds way better\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>than saying sorry all day long.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>I am telling you this because<\/p>\n<p>if things are too confronting for too long\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>it can potentially lower\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>your commitment and attitude.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>So, to keep moral high\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>and ensure you complete this process<\/p>\n<p>I want you to know Module 2\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>is not as confronting as Module 1.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>And then Module 3<\/p>\n<p>is more enjoyable than Module 2.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>And Module 4\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>is designed to even be fun.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>I know&#8230;you get have fun!!!<\/p>\n<p>Remember &#8216;fun&#8217;?!!!<\/p>\n<p>\u200b<\/p>\n<p>So hang in there.<\/p>\n<p>I know this isn&#8217;t easy.<\/p>\n<p>But your courage and commitment\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>will be rewarded.<\/p>\n<h2>WRAP UP<\/h2>\n<p>So there you go.<\/p>\n<p>Between Daily Caredio and Rep Reports\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>you have now the structure and accountability to\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>train daily to bring your nervous system
