It’s time for a little fun.
Step 3 is meant to teach you how to connect with your intuition (Little You) and provide lots of opportunity for you to practice and see what happens if you navigate life listening and honoring what Little You wants.
With trust and confidence in Little You,

Everything I’ve shared with you in this process is based in logic and things that make sense, but doing what Little You wants may sometimes feel a bit wild and scary.
I built ‘Ask the Expert’ so you can build empirical evidence that lets you better trust Little You and your intuition.
The point of Ask The Expert is to
try to have some fun listening to your intuition.
So, do your best to follow the Steps and Elements of Ask The Expert,
but don’t let the structure get in the way of fun and spontaneity.
More enjoyable Reps, is better than less perfect Reps.
If you ask Little You what they want, and they don’t answer it’s okay.
Just the act of asking is a good practice to build.
And if they don’t answer, just feel what feels good to you and go for it.
That feeling is Little You communicating to you anyways.
