Welcome to Step 3 of Module 1 of NSR.

In Step 1 and 2 you learned a lot of theory. 

You learned the theory that your anxiety 

is a symptom of broken trust.

Also, you learned the theory

that if you care for yourself/Little You

you will rebuild trust 

and your symptoms will go down.

Also, you learned the theory that the first step

 of rebuilding trust is to say sorry.

And theory is great.

But to get results you need

 to go from theory to application.

So, now in Step 3, you will learn the application 

of how to actually say sorry to Little You.

Sorries are never easy and take courage.

So proud of you for taking this on.

IMPORTANT

You do not do Acknowledge The Neglect just once.

Every day (for the rest of Module 1)

you will do Acknowledge The Neglect 

whenever you’re feeling anxious

This is explained more below 

in the section called ‘Exercise Instructions’

WRAP UP

Steps 1-3 gave you a mechanical understanding 

of the theory problem and the solution. 

But it was just theory.​

Now with Step 3 and Acknowledge The Neglect 

you can apply that theory every day.

Don’t worry about doing it perfectly.

The key is consistent repetition. 

Every time you connect and say the words 

you build a bit of trust with Little You.

And the more times you do it, 

the more Little You begins to trust you. 

Which is a beautiful thing.

And also remember 

to try to not beat yourself up

or feel ashamed or guilty.

You didn’t know any better.

And now you do.

And now you’re doing better.

Which is a beautiful thing 

and all anybody can ask.

ACUPUNCTURE POINTS

A very important part of this process 

is a collection of curated audio recordings 

called Acupuncture Points.

As you will soon learn Acupuncture Points 

are incredibly helpful for you in two ways:

a) Answering common questions you may have

b) Help clear up confusion or doubt you may have

IMPORTANT

You are required to listen to 

at least 20 minutes/day of Acupuncture Points.​

You can either start listening today or tomorrow.

EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS

From the rest of Module 1 

please do the following

DEEP CORE WORK IN

Before getting up

and

Before bed.

You can also do it more often

if you find it helpful.

ACKNOWLEDGE THE NEGLECT

Throughout the day, whenever feeling anxious

do the exercise Acknowledge The Neglect.

Do it at least 4 times/day 

for at least 5 minutes each time.

ACUPUNCTURE POINT

Listen to at least 20 minutes of an Acupuncture Points.

You can start that today or tomorrow.
